Discover this Woodford Master Coll Five Malt Stout and get it delivered to your door. This Woodford Masters Collection is our interpretation of a traditional beer style, in this case a rich, roasted malty stout. Sweetened with hints of milk chocolate and brightened with a touch of orange zest, spearmint, and warm baking spices, this blend has smoky notes of roasted malt and toasted nuts, all sweetened with hints of milk chocolate and brightened with a touch of orange zest, spearmint, and warm baking spices. The malt and barrel influence is rounded out with oak, cherry cobbler, and shortbread. Crisp spice and zest bounce about the depths, with toasted hazelnut and cocoa accents atop a coating of baked fruit. The aromas of malt and cocoa linger. The Winter 2021 Master’s Collection release has been announced by Woodford Reserve: Mash with five malts from Woodford Reserve. The term “distiller’s beer” refers to a fermented grain mash. Distillation turns this “beer” into a spirit, which is then barreled to make whiskey. The flavors of the Five-Malt Stouted Mash are supposed to resemble those of a typical heavy-style beer. “Five-Malt Stouted Mash is unlike any other expression we’ve ever released,” says Master Distiller Chris Morris. “For a distinct Woodford Reserve experience, the deep, roasted malty stout tastes blend with fresh accents of baked fruit, sharp spices, and citrus zest.” The Master’s Collection’s 17th release is this expression. The 90.4 proof Master’s Collection is a limited-edition release. It has a suggested retail price of $129.99 per 750-ml bottle in various U.S. and international markets.
