Bonpas, “La Traille” Costieres-de-Nimes – juicy, rich, beautifully balanced wine whose name translates as “the cable ferry” and points to the time when at the crossing near the fortress Bonpos there was no bridge for the crossing used rope ferry . Wine is made from grapes Grenache and Syrah. This juicy red grapes grown in vineyards, which are ground, similar to the famous appellasonu Chateauneuf-du-Pape. The soil in Koster de Nimes consists of rocky sediment that preserve the daytime heat and give it a night. Therefore, the wine “La Traille” gets a deep flavor that is even more complicated after aging for 12 months in oak barrels. The wine has an excellent storage potential. It can be drunk young, but it is best to open the “La Tri” about three years after the release, to enjoy fully develop a taste.
