Pendleton Whiskey 1L
Canadian Whiskey Varieties
Often considered the lightest and friendliest of all whiskeys, Canadian whiskey is most often made with corn, but a small dose of rye is often added to the must to enhance the flavor. Due to the prevalence of this practice, Canadian whiskey is often referred to as Canadian rye whiskey or rye whiskey, although it should not be confused with American rye whiskey, which must be mixed with at least 51% of rye grains. Canadian whiskey must be produced entirely in Canada, including a three-year aging period in oak barrels.
