Discover Old Rip Van Winkle 10yr:
This beautiful bourbon is bottled as close to the barrels as possible. We only add a drop of our Kentucky limestone water when we empty the barrels for bottling. This way, this whiskey is as smooth as any.
Look, it’s a rich copper color. It smells deliciously sweet, spicy, caramel and nutty. Enjoy a fruity, medium skies saturated with intense notes of dried fruits and toasted nuts. Each sip ends with a very long and bold wave of brown pepper spices, floral honey and carbonized barrel aromas that balance the weight of alcohol. It is a large, bold and aged bourbon that has the perfect balance between high resistance and taste.
The old Rip Wan Winkle only issues shares once a year because it is a small company. On October 1st they tell vendors like Broadway Wine N Liquor how many bottles they will receive. From there they determine which suppliers will receive the shares and distribute them accordingly. This way, you will find it in our store usually from mid-October to early December.
