Chateau Miraval covers 500 hectares of vineyards, forests and olive groves near the village of Correns – the first organic village in France. This exclusive Chateau – one of the few located in its own valley, which stretches from west to east about 4 km. Company History Perrin et Fils began in the early XX century, when medieval manor Bokastel became the property to Pierre Perrin – a scientist who has attained outstanding results in winemaking. His work was continued by Jacques Perrin – a supporter and a pioneer of organic methods of cultivation. Now the company is run by his sons – Francois and Jean-Pierre. Favorable weather conditions, exceptional soil organic methods of cultivation of grapes – all of these factors can be gathered from the vineyards of the crop for the production of quality wines Grand Cru. Château Miraval is a wine producer in the Provence region of southern France. While he is best known for his rich flint rosé wines from Grenache and Cinso, he is perhaps best known for his connection to Hollywood movie stars Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. The estate produced simple Vin de Pey wines until the 1990s, when viticulture did not exist. modernized. Pitt and Jolie bought the property in 2009 and got married there in 2014.
