Kilchoman Distillery is located on the rugged west coast of Islay, Scotland, an island celebrated for its peaty single malt Scotch whiskies. Established in 2005 by Anthony Wills, Kilchoman was the first new distillery to be built on Islay in over 124 years. The distillery is unique in its commitment to traditional farm-to-bottle whisky production; it grows its own barley at Rockside Farm, malts a portion of it on-site using floor malting methods, and utilizes copper pot stills for small-batch distillation.
