The Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on its lees, resulting in a crisp and refreshing wine with notes of citrus and tropical fruit. The Red Reserve is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, aged in French oak barrels for 22 months, resulting in a full-bodied wine with notes of black cherry, plum, and spice.
