Dow Vineyards is a California-based winery located in the Adelaide AVA area of Paso Robles. It is most closely related to blends of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Sauvignon in the Bordeaux style. Dau also makes wine from some of the well-known Rhône grapes, including Syrah, Viognier, Grenache Blanc and Roussanne. The portfolio also includes Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The wine portfolio is divided into four levels at different prices. The top level estate collection, as the name suggests, is made from fruits grown on the estate.
