Corazon Tequila Anejo French Oak - Item Code: 07395
Discover Corazon Tequila Anejo French Oak:
Corazon Tequila Anejo French Oak emerges as a distinctive spirit, meticulously crafted to captivate the palate of the discerning tequila aficionado. This particular expression is aged in French oak barrels, a practice that imparts a unique complexity and depth not commonly found in traditional tequilas aged in American oak or ex-bourbon casks.
The agave used for Corazon Tequila Anejo is sourced from the highlands of Jalisco, an area renowned for producing agaves with higher sugar content, resulting in a richer and more nuanced flavor profile. The piñas are slow-cooked to perfection before undergoing fermentation and distillation, ensuring the essence of the agave shines through.

Tequila Varieties
First produced in the 16th century, when Spanish conquerors ran out of cognac during their expedition to the New World, tequila is made by distilling the juice from the heart of a blue agave native to Jalisco, Mexico. Tequila comes in a variety of colors, from the transparent and unrestrained, known as Blanco, to the darkest aged in Reposado, Anejo and Extra Anejo vats. Popular as a main ingredient in refreshing margaritas, it is also commonly consumed pure or with the addition of lemon and salt.
